By using the PetsHero AI app and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
PetsHero AI provides AI-based image and video enhancement services. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short:
- We process data to provide and improve the Service.
- For facial effects, facial data is temporarily used to generate the effect and is immediately deleted afterward. It is not stored or used for identification.
Subscriptions & Payments
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. Fees are charged to your app store account.
- Management: You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings. We do not handle cancellations.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or app store policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or share illegal, infringing, hateful, or violent content. You may not disrupt the Service or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes. Violations may result in termination of access.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all its content, features, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.
Your Content
You own the content you upload. You grant us a worldwide license to use, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content from our systems.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, including uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetsHero AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
General
- Changes: We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
